All activities are supervised by our professional staff of educators. Your students may spend a morning hiking amidst 35 pristine acres of rainforest, bordered by towering cliffs, and spend the afternoon studying unique valley stream life. They will study the biology of Hawaii and learn how life arrived to these islands in the first place! They’ll study geology, natural history, as well as Hawaiian art, music and dance. Part of your students time will be spent in our Interactive Nature Museum.

This “working” museum contains over 30 hands on exhibits designed to enhance students’ understanding of Hawaii’s cultural and natural history. And of course, we will be taking them on a walk to one of Hawaii’s most sacred sites……the mystical, mysterious Iao Needle.

There will also be time for kayaking, snorkeling at the beach, exploration of a 10,000 foot volcano and many other treasures. All excursions are safe and supervised by our Hawaii Nature Center staff.
