Brooke Cleveland After spending a year in Thailand as an International Youth Ambassador and then traveling to India and Japan on a spiritual quest, Brooke Cleveland earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her adventures in Nature began when her expecting mother decided that she would hike the foothills of the Topa Topa Mountains and swim in the Sespe River everyday until Brookes birthday. Brookes concerned father helped his wife step from boulder to boulder as she crossed numerous streams, wondering if little Brooke would be born on the trail. As a child, Brooke spent her school seasons exploring the oak woodlands and sun-soaked creeks of Ojai, California. Her summers were spent with her Aunt and Uncle in Pahoa, Hawaii where she enjoyed skin diving and photographing ocean wildlife. Today she is excited by the opportunity of educating others about the values of Nature by working for the Hawaii Nature Center. . |
